Timeline

Three weeks from concept to completion

The homeowners wanted to refresh their curb appeal and make their front yard more welcoming without high maintenance. The existing bushes had overgrown and obscured the home’s architecture, and poor drainage caused pooling after heavy rain. Their vision was clear: create defined, elegant garden beds with vibrant plantings and a functional irrigation system that would keep everything thriving with minimal effort.

The Design & Planning Process

Before any soil was turned, our team developed a 3D landscape design rendering to visualize the new layout and ensure balance between structure, flow, and natural color. This allowed the homeowners to preview their redesigned front and side gardens with proposed plant species, edging lines, and mulch coverage before installation began.

Removal of Bushes & Native Plant Selection

We began by removing all existing bushes and outdated plants, giving the property a clean slate. From there, our crew: regraded key areas to improve water flow and drainage. They installed trench edging to define new garden bed borders, built in a smart irrigation system for consistent watering, and planted a diverse mix of flowers, perennials, and ornamental plants chosen for the local climate. They then finished the space with a fresh layer of premium mulch for protection and contrast.
